In‑Room Dining Attendant – Role As an In‑Room Dining Attendant you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and sophisticated in‑room dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for delivering orders promptly, ensuring impeccable service, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver in‑room dining orders with promptness and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels valued. Set up and clear trays, maintaining cleanliness and presentation at all times. Provide guests with an outstanding dining experience, answering menu questions and offering tailored recommendations. Handle special dietary requirements and preferences efficiently. Coordinate with kitchen and front desk staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety guidelines. Handle guest feedback professionally, addressing concerns with tact to ensure overall satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in in‑room dining, hospitality, or customer service in a hotel or fine dining setting. A strong commitment to providing exceptional guest service and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. A strong team player with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
