Xanadu Wines is an Australian family owned, well-known and awarded winery, located in the beautiful Margaret River wine region. We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional in a full time Assistant Manager role, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team. Our Restaurant operates 5 days a week Wednesday to Sunday. As part of our team you will Work for one of Australia's leading wineries Have great work-life balance and professional development opportunities A salaried position Wine allowance, able to be spent on wines across our brand portfolio Be part of our hardworking and tight knit team Key Tasks: Daily leadership of the restaurant team. Motivate and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve daily goals. Restaurant a la carte and event services. Daily set up and pack down of restaurant and event operations. Contribute to the development and implementation of staff training and sequence of service. Support event planning, including site visits and client coordination. Skills & Experience: Experience as a food and/or beverage team leader or supervisor within the hospitality or wine industries. A passion for wine and a strong desire to share your enthusiasm with customers and staff. Warm, engaging communication skills that naturally connect with guests and colleagues. Organised attention to detail and a \"can do\" attitude. Xanadu Wines is a medium sized business which means that every team member must be flexible enough to work across multiple disciplines.
