Job Description As a Rehabilitation Consultant, some of your day‑to‑day responsibilities include: Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks). Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return‑to‑work outcomes. Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals, and completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline‑specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments. We welcome new graduates to apply or soon to graduate Allied Health Professionals. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Exercise Physiology. Full AHPRA registration or Full ESSA Accreditation or eligibility to obtain. Experience in Occupational and/or Vocational Rehabilitation highly desirable. A passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers. The ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers.
