About the role This is your opportunity to join a high-impact marketing function during an exciting period of transformation and growth. At Cbus, we’re investing heavily in digital uplift and member experience, and you’ll be at the heart of shaping how we engage with members across their entire journey, from onboarding to retirement. You’ll have the autonomy to influence strategy, uplift capability, and mentor a talented team of four, while driving initiatives that genuinely improve the lives of our members. In this role, you will: Support the development of the member lifecycle marketing strategy to deliver innovative member journeys. Lead and develop a passionate team, building capability and fostering collaboration. Champion data-driven, personalised campaigns that strengthen engagement and retention. Partner with automation, data, and digital teams to deliver smarter, trigger-based experiences. Play a pivotal role in initiatives that enhance member outcomes and create lasting impact. About you You’re a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who thrives on creating meaningful member experiences. You know how to turn insights into action and bring people along on the journey. With a passion for data-driven marketing and a knack for building high-performing teams, you combine creativity with commercial acumen to deliver campaigns that make a real difference. You’re a seasoned marketer with: Proven experience in lifecycle and retention marketing, combined with a proven track record of leading and developing a team. Expertise in marketing automation platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar). A track record of designing data-led, personalised campaigns that deliver measurable results. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to coach and uplift capability. The ability to adapt and pivot when needed in a changing environment.
