Dental Front Desk Manager

Whether you’re an experienced receptionist or a dental assistant looking to move into a front desk management role, we’d love to hear from you About the Role As our Front Desk Manager, you’ll be the welcoming face of the clinic and play a key role in keeping the day running smoothly. You’ll ensure patients receive the highest standard of care from the moment they arrive, while supporting our clinical team with efficient and organised reception management. Your Key Responsibilities Greeting patients and managing check-ins with professionalism and warmth Coordinating appointments and maintaining an organised daily schedule Handling phone and email enquiries with excellent communication skills Processing payments and managing accounts at the front desk Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records Preparing day sheets and supporting the clinical team as needed Liaising with referring dentists and specialists Managing stock levels for reception and ensuring supplies are up to date Ensuring smooth daily operations and a calm, friendly environment for patients and staff About You Experience in dental or medical reception is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided Current or previous experience as a dental assistant is highly regarded Confident communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills Friendly, approachable, and able to stay calm under pressure Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable with computer-based practice software (training provided) Why Join Gumdoctors?
