Join to apply for the Solution Sales Specialist - Modern Work role at Crayon Overview As our new Solution Sales Specialist – Modern Work for the APAC Crayon Channel Business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through our partner network. This role supports pipeline acceleration by working closely with partners and strategically positioning Modern Work cloud solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, value-driven outcomes. This role is part of the Microsoft Sure Step Ambassador Program. Key responsibilities Identifying and qualifying net new, upsell and cross-selling opportunities through our channel partners to support pipeline generation , contributing to revenue growth by supporting partners with go-to-market campaigns and cross-selling initiatives with our vendors Engaging new and existing partners to drive early-stage sales conversations , shaping solution demand and conducting workshops with partners to generate learning and customer interest Collaborating with sales, marketing, and internal teams to accelerate partner recruitment and solution adoption in the assigned territory Providing insights and feedback from partner engagements to inform campaign targeting, demand planning, and sales motions Staying current with key vendor programs, certifications, and product updates to support solution positioning 5+ years of experience in sales account management within the IT space Experience selling Microsoft CSP, M365 and Copilot is highly advantageous Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP): MS- 900, Copilot, SC-900 certified Proactive and influential, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and positively influence them About You You contribute effectively to your team, showing clarity of team goals and roles, and able to proactively problem solve You possess strong communication skills and ability to influence and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders You show respect and use inclusive language (we, our), promoting inclusivity and values What’s on offer?
