$341 - $61.12 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience) + super + RDO + tax benefits Working with Preschool children on a full time permanent basis 8 hour shifts 5 days per week About the Opportunity As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection of the educational program for the children. You’ll also provide quality education and care to children to help support and facilitate their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework Uniting Early Learning Kogarah supports families with education and care, including a preschool program. Developing positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families and community. Facilitating play‑based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilities. You’ll guide and support educators to implement the program and philosophy for the children. Participate in ongoing excursions in the community Who we’re looking for Bachelor Teaching / Early Childhood Education Minimum 2 years’ experience working as an ECT Possibility of shared Educational Lead role, depending on experience. A work history that demonstrates recording observations, writing learning stories and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
