Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively to develop quality differentiated teaching and learning programs, resources and individualised learning, behaviour and wellbeing plans, to maximise student growth and promote high expectations for all students. Demonstrated successful classroom management with flexible and adaptive strategies that create a positive learning environment. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish effective partnerships with parents, community, support agencies and colleagues to achieve improved outcomes for students Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity. Applicants seeking either permanent full time or permanent part time employment are encouraged to apply for this position. If the recommended applicant is seeking permanent part time employment (FTE from 0.1 to 0.9 inclusive), they will be offered an appointment at their desired FTE. The Recruitment Bonus will be paid on a pro rata basis for permanent part-time teachers and executive staff.
