Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively to develop quality differentiated teaching and learning programs, resources and individualised learning, behaviour and wellbeing plans, to maximise student growth and promote high expectations for all students. Demonstrated successful classroom management with flexible and adaptive strategies that create a positive learning environment. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish effective partnerships with parents, community, support agencies and colleagues to achieve improved outcomes for students Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity. Applicants seeking either permanent full time or permanent part time employment are encouraged to apply for this position. If the recommended applicant is seeking permanent part time employment (FTE from 0.1 to 0.9 inclusive), they will be offered an appointment at their desired FTE. Applicants on the eligibility list will be offered the remaining FTE but are not obliged to accept. Further information can be found on the merit selection webpage. Successful applicants may be entitled to a Recruitment Bonus of $20,000 (Conditions Apply). The Recruitment Bonus will be paid on a pro rata basis for permanent part-time teachers and executive staff. The maximum recruitment bonus available for a position is $20,000, including any job share arrangements. A Relocation Support Payment of $5,000 up to $8,000 will be available for eligible applicants.
