Your role: The ICT Graduate Engineering role is responsible for, the design, configuration, deployment, commissioning and on‑going support of ICT infrastructure. This includes Networks, Virtual Environment infrastructure and a focus on Cyber Security and IoT. Support ICT infrastructure and connected services (Server, Storage, Network, Virtual Platforms), Enterprise Applications (Honeywell Software: EBI, DVM, EM), and ELV Integration at both new and existing client sites. Develop site‑specific documentation including configuration, engineering, O&M, testing and commissioning manuals and procedures. Diagnose complex problems, tuning to improve performance, maintaining and supporting the underlying infrastructure. Monitoring of network and system intrusions, provision of switch and router configuration management. Skills and Experience Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering) Basic experience of ICT industry technologies such as MCSA/MCSE (Microsoft), VCP (VMware), CA (Citrix) or similar. Basic understanding of virtualisation and Operational Technology systems such as BMS, Security and CCTV.
