Creative Productions Lead

What you’ll be doing: We are looking for a Creative Productions Lead who can bring the Explorers brand to life through visually compelling storytelling. In this hands‑on, highly creative role, you will produce standout video, digital, social, and print content that captures the authentic moments, joy, and wonder happening every day across our centres and community. Based at our office in South Melbourne, you will work closely with our Marketing team to concept, film, and edit high‑quality content that elevates our brand and maintains consistency across all channels. This is an exciting period for Explorers as we enter into a brand update, you will play an integral role in championing our new brand identity, bringing it to life through key collateral. You will also spend regular time visiting our centres to capture dynamic footage and photography that showcases the learning experiences that define Explorers. Your responsibilities will include: Develop a wide range of creative assets including digital graphics, print materials, motion graphics, and simple animations that support campaigns and brand initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts, meet project deadlines, and ensure all outputs align with strategic and brand goals. Maintain and organise the Explorers digital asset library, ensuring the team has access to current, high‑quality photos, videos, and design files. Champion the Explorers brand internally, ensuring all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and educating teams on correct brand use. What you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in a creative role, managing creative projects and teams. Skilled in visual storytelling and editing ability, with experience producing short and long‑form content and confidently handling lighting, framing, and sound on location. Current driver’s licence and ability to travel across Melbourne and surrounds for filming. High attention to detail as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
