Creative Hubs Group Pty Ltd – Melbourne VIC Looking for an experienced Video Producer who will lead the development, production, and post-production of video content across the Creative Hubs Group network. 4 days per week (0.8 FTE) $95,000-$115,000 including superannuation FTE (pro-rata) Hybrid working environment (Melbourne CBD office & remote). Creative Hubs Group (CHG) is a leading international media network encompassing digital destinations across arts and entertainment. We are currently made up of the following brands: ArtsHub AU, ArtsHub UK, ScreenHub AU, ScreenHub/Games.com.au. Our vision is to offer unique, engaging content which presents a unique point of view that spotlights and celebrates the arts, events, entertainment and games for industry members and industry lovers alike. This role calls for an experienced Video Producer who will lead the development, production, and post-production of video content across the Creative Hubs Group network. Reporting to the Head of Content and embedded within the Content Team, the Video Producer will be responsible for producing compelling, high-quality video stories that align with our editorial and commercial objectives. This role may also potentially be tasked with podcast production projects. The position also provides direct support to the Marketing Team , helping to produce video content designed to enhance CHG’s brand presence, campaigns, and audience engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of video storytelling for digital audiences, a track record of producing short- and long-form content, and experience managing production workflows from concept through delivery. Experience in arts journalism and/or a proven track record in this area is highly desirable. Key responsibilities: Video Production & Content Creation Marketing and Commercial Support Operational and Technical Excellence Collaboration and Teamwork What we are looking for: Proven experience (5+ years) producing professional video content for digital media, publishing, or branded content. Expertise in video production, editing, and storytelling , with strong technical proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools. Demonstrated experience producing content optimised for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other social formats). Ability to manage production schedules, budgets, and external suppliers/freelancers. Strong creative judgment with a deep understanding of audience engagement through visual media. Familiarity with digital analytics, social media insights, and performance-driven content refinement. Experience working collaboratively in a multi-brand digital publishing environment. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Whats in it for you: Hybrid work environment (Melbourne CBD & remote).
