We’re looking for a Platform Product Owner to lead the Salesforce ecosystem supporting the Commercial Insurance Tribe. This role focuses on centralised customer data, platform lifecycle management, and strategic delivery. You’ll guide a Salesforce squad, manage vendor relationships, and ensure platform excellence across architecture, governance, and integration. What You’ll Do Lead the Salesforce Commercial Insurance platform squad to deliver strategic initiatives, enhancements, and BAU support aligned with business priorities. Translate Commercial Insurance Tribe goals into actionable work, owning the backlog and removing delivery blockers. Drive platform roadmap execution, ensuring alignment with architecture standards and customer experience goals. Manage vendor relationships and third‑party tools (e.g., DocuSign, RIVA, Marketing Cloud), ensuring integration and compliance. Oversee platform governance, DevOps practices, and lifecycle management including license utilisation and documentation. Advocate for platform needs in strategic forums, ensuring prioritisation and alignment with organisational goals. What You’ll Bring Certified Salesforce Administrator with 5+ years in platform management or product ownership. Proven leadership in Salesforce delivery across complex enterprise environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Lightning platform, and integration methods. Experience managing centralised customer data and driving platform simplification. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and navigating competing priorities. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and support compelling business cases. Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., APRA CPS 234) and ITIL‑aligned service management.
