Due to continued growth, we are looking for Full Stack Developer to join our high‑performing dynamic team in a full‑time Sydney CBD office‑based position . About the Role We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to building and maintaining web applications across the entire stack. You'll work with modern technologies to deliver high‑quality software solutions while collaborating with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js on the frontend and ASP.NET Core on the backend Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code in TypeScript and C# Build and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing stored procedures, queries, and managing schema changes Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to teammates Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve development processes Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team Requirements 2 + years of professional software development experience Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript, including state management and component architecture Solid experience with ASP.NET Core and C# for building RESTful APIs and backend services Working knowledge of SQL Server, including query optimization and database design Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of software development best practices, including unit testing and code review Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment Nice to Have Experience with AWS/Azure or other cloud platforms Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of agile methodologies Experience with Entity Framework Core Exposure to microservices architecture What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunity to work on meaningful projects with real impact How to apply Click 'Apply for this job' Attach your CV and a cover letter detailing why you are suitable for this role.
