Our unique style of project delivery ensures that our people don't have to choose between maintaining hands on Engineering Design and corporate career options, they can have both The Role A Fixed Term Full Time opportunity for 12 months Prepare and manage small to large submissions, working with internal and external stakeholders. Support the development of professional and innovative content, including contributing to the articulation of winning themes and differentiators. Contribute to best practice submission process, utilising management tools to produce documentation that compelling and compliant. Prepare non‑technical content for submissions including company information, management system details, certifications, and insurances. Prepare new graphic layouts for submissions, including organisation charts, infographics and PowerPoint presentations. Develop and maintain the bid knowledge library including photo library, project experience and CV’s, including drafting and editing of project experience write ups. Coordinate the production of industry/individual awards and proposals in conjunction with the marketing team. To be successful, you will need: 3–5 years’ experience in the management of a proposal and submissions portfolio. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high level of organisation, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Experience with the Adobe Creative suite is favourable. Previous experience within the engineering and construction industry may be considered advantageous. Why should you apply?
