We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista/Catering Assistant to join our Catering team at the heart of Melbourne CBD. Our people and food are at the heart of everything we do. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to clients and guests. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. Assist in other catering areas as required. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality within a retail food service environment, ideally with strong Barista skills and corporate catering hospitality Compile and maintain accurate reports on café sales performance and product wastage, delivering actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and cost control. Ensure all café, food preparation areas, and equipment are consistently clean and hygienic, always meeting agreed quality standards. Monitor and maintain stock levels of café supplies, cleaning chemicals, and catering equipment, ensuring safe storage and efficient distribution as required. Ensuring food safety procedures are followed and implemented. Perform other ad hoc duties as required. Supportive, inclusive, and positive work environment.
