Expression of Interest – Hungry Jack’s Aberfoyle Park – Assistant Manager Location: OTR Aberfoyle Park, South Australia, Australia About the Role Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in all restaurant operations, leading the continuous development of crew members while maximizing growth and profitability. Your focus will be guest service, quality, and cleanliness. Duties Conduct structured training for crew members Deliver coaching & mentoring sessions Develop shift plans Drive sales & profitability Monitor production controls Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety Maintain profitability by monitoring costs Manage shift safety & hygiene requirements Skills & Experience Retail or Hospitality leadership experience preferable Experience delivering exceptional customer service Exceptional organisational & time management skills Strong verbal & written communication skills Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly Management Training Plan Successful applicants will undertake a 12‑week training program: Week 1-6 – Crew Station Training: exposure to crew tasks. Week 7-11 – Leadership/Management Training: shift running, policies, procedures, goal setting, KPIs, food safety, delegation. Week 12 – Certification: training plan reviewed and shift audits performed to ensure readiness for unsupervised shift management. What’s great about working at Hungry Jack’s?
