Marketing & E-commerce Assistant Full-time role on-site in Hampton, VIC. This role is hands‑on, creatively driven, and central to the brand’s digital presence. You will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist with creative content production, and manage the online store to ensure an elevated and seamless brand experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Create and edit visual content using Canva and CapCut, including short‑form video, campaign materials, and digital assets. Organise and maintain content libraries and digital files in an efficient, structured system. Update and optimise the Shopify website – managing product uploads, collection pages, creative assets, and seasonal campaign rollouts. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and brand growth. Support customer communication and uphold brand tone across all channels. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within fashion, retail, or e-commerce. Proficiency in Shopify, Canva, and CapCut is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for visual detail. Confident understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, with a refined sense of visual storytelling. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Experience conducting market research and identifying creative or commercial trends. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, or a related field preferred. A genuine passion for fashion, creativity, and digital storytelling.
