At Atomic Group Australia, we're looking for a talented Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to support our online presence, drive digital campaigns, and deliver content that converts. This role is perfect for a creative-meets-analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll support ecommerce operations, build campaigns, create content, and help deliver an exceptional online customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Ecommerce & Website Primary responsibility for managing website content including ensuring accurate and up to date product listings and categories. Monitor daily site performance and flag issues. Assist with weekly insights, reporting, and data analysis. Support CRM/EDM setup, scheduling, and flow optimisation. Coordinate website updates with our development agency. Ensure promotional activity and campaigns are reflected online. Assist with on-site merchandising to boost conversion and AOV. Support marketplaces with content, product setup, and promotions. Support product enrichment by updating product data, coordinating imagery, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital channels. Content & Marketing Plan and execute monthly content across emails and socials. Confident in using AI tools to generate impactful content (visual and written assets) in a cost-efficient manner. Plan marketing activities based on testable hypotheses and validate using data outcomes. Keep our Master Marketing Calendar up to date and work with our digital agencies to ensure consistency across channels. Prepare content briefs for content creators to ensure brand consistency and provide creative guidance. Support marketing activity with external partners. Bring campaigns to life both online and in-store. Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels. Experience in effectively using insights on customer preferences and psychographics to deliver campaigns that convert. Experience in gathering data on customer profiles and buying behaviours (digital and physical). Coordinate with printing suppliers to source quotes, manage artwork handover, track production timelines and ensure high-quality delivery of all printed materials. Campaigns & Reporting Build and schedule email campaigns and automated flows. Experience with email marketing platforms for campaign development and automation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Analyse campaign and channel performance and provide actionable insights. What We're Looking For 2–4 years' experience in marketing, ecommerce, or digital content. Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital retail trends. Confident with website analytics and interpreting sales data. Proficiency in Google Analytics for website performance analysis and data interpretation. Experience with managing ecommerce platforms (Magento experience ideal). Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle deadlines. Creative, proactive, and detail obsessed. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar (preferred). Experience across multiple brands/ERP systems (advantageous).
