We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused Service Advisors (trainee or experienced) to join our high‑performing team in Croydon . About the Role As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face our customers trust when bringing their vehicles in for service. Your day‑to‑day will include: Greeting and advising customers at vehicle check‑in Preparing repair orders and cost/time estimates Arranging loan vehicles Liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion Providing outstanding customer service from drop‑off to pick‑up Who Are You? We welcome both experienced Service Advisors and those keen to start their career in automotive service. Ideally, you’ll bring: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, in automotive service costing, or transferable customer service skills (retail/hospitality/admin) Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) High attention to detail and a process‑driven mindset Current NSW driver’s licence A genuine passion for customer service and the auto industry Why Join us? 4K Automotive provides opportunities for all team members to have a long and rewarding career.
