This high performing team works to support people who experience significant and challenging behaviors. Job Location We are looking for a team member in the Northern and Western suburbs of Adelaide, with a preference for Davoren Park, Elizabeth, Munno Para, Modbury, Tea Tree Gully, Port Adelaide, Queenstown and the surrounding area. Responsibilities Delivering tailored care and assistance to our participants, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and daily living activities. Assistance in personal care – showering, dressing, hygiene. Assistance with domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation. Supporting and assisting clients with their mobility. Developing relationships with participants and families to provide emotional support. Excellent communication skills to promote social skills. Committed, compassionate and eager to always support. Providing safe surroundings and assistance with medication. Monitoring participant progress and reporting any changes or concerns as necessary. Keeping precise records and documentation in compliance with NDIS and organizational standards. Qualifications Minimum Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support/Mental Health or equivalent. Medication Administration Accreditation. First Aid and CPR. NDIS Worker Screening. Manual Handling Training is desirable. CPI/MAPA/Mental Health First Aid is desirable. Any additional trainings such as WHS/PEG/Bowel/Diabetes, background or Knowledge of Indigenous culture, is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
