With our brand-new Beresfield training facility now fully operational, Major Training Group is ready to accelerate our growth across New South Wales — and we’re looking for the right leader to take the region forward. We already have a strong foundation: a committed training, admin, and field team delivering quality experiences every day. Now we need a high-energy, values-driven Regional Manager who brings integrity, accountability, and the work ethic to help level up the momentum that our amazing team have created. Equally build an enthusiastic, high-performance culture overall. We’re aiming to start this role early in the new year, but we’re not rushing the process — finding the right person matters most. Skills and experience are important, but being a good human with strong character, positivity, and genuine motivation to do the work is essential. The Opportunity As our NSW Regional Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind: Growing our presence and market share across priority trade qualifications Leading a culture of enthusiasm, ownership, and pride in delivery Ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence across all training Strengthening employer, industry, and community relationships Identifying new opportunities for regional expansion Working closely with our QLD leadership team to align national outcomes This is a role for someone who wants to build and grow a region through genuine effort.
