Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers.
Reporting to Field Service Manager -
East Coast, this position will be based in Moore bank, Australia.
Your responsibilities
Performing field service tasks, identify technical problems and analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are designed to performEnsuring customer satisfaction and retention by delivering superior customer experiences and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectationsWorking with the customer to identify opportunities for improving the customer’s operations and eliminating pain points. Utilize the local practices for notifying the account team of opportunitiesCoaching associate technicians and associate engineersCreating material lists needed for service activity and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available at the time of service activityPreparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative in a timely mannerTroubleshooting equipment/process failures and request proactive corrective actions and make recommendations to avoid repeating the problemProactively planning and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers and ensure the job is done on time. A qualified Electrician (is preferred) or Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of relevant experienceKnowledge and experience in maintaining, commissioning, repairing AC & DC drives and drives systems would be an advantageIndustrial process application knowledge of variable speed drives and experience working in automated manufacturing or mining industries would be highly regardedExcellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work autonomouslyProven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skillsWillingness to travel interstate frequentlyMore about us
