Regional Trainer – Adult Social Care Job Description Regional Trainer – Adult Social Care Location: Somerset (Hybrid working with frequent regional travel) Salary: £27,500 to £30,000 per annum based on experience Contract Type: Permanent Are you an experienced Regional Social Care Trainer looking to step into a leadership role? The Regional Trainer Role We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Trainer to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality learning and development across your region, ensuring our colleagues receive the training, support, and guidance they need to thrive. This is a hybrid/remote position, requiring regular travel across the Southwest. With occasional travel to our Daventry and Accrington Head Offices. Frequent travel is a core part of this role. What You’ll Do Deliver engaging, high-quality training and development programmes across your region Provide initial and ongoing core and mandatory training to colleagues working in health and social care Support colleagues to maximise their potential through continuous learning and development Demonstrate full proficiency across the training cycle Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of colleagues are maintained at all times during training Capture and provide regular feedback to key stakeholders Stay up to date with current legislation, regulatory requirements, and local policies and procedures About You A confident communicator with strong presentation and facilitation skills Organised, proactive, and passionate about developing others Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally as required Flexible, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload effectively If you’re committed to developing others, creating impactful learning experiences, and helping teams thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
