Social Media Manager About the Role We’re on the hunt for a talented, passionate & highly creative Social Media Manager to join our team. Working closely with other members in the team, you'll be responsible for creating innovative ways to continually grow multiple social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. You’ll also take control of all content & social media planning from idea, execution, through to reporting. We have a number of clients in different industries which keeps the role dynamic. Key Responsibilities Be accountable for the implementation of social media strategies & campaigns from start to finish, prioritising brand growth, engagement & community building. Planning out social media feeds for multiple brands including an aesthetic looking feed, writing captions and conducting hashtag research. Monitor & interact with numerous social media pages to increase engagement & interaction within our community. Reel creation: Recording and editing reels whilst always staying up to date with the latest trends. TikTok Management - creating engaging content and posting using trending audio etc. Influencer Management - reaching out to micro & macro influencers for collaborations with brands. LinkedIn Management. Continually learn, test, measure & optimise performance on all social media activities, including monthly reporting & recommendations. Be able to brief other members in the team (photographers, graphic designers, video editors) with your creative vision for social media content. About You Minimum 1-2 years experience in a dedicated digital marketing/social media role. Highly creative skills. Highly experienced in developing strategic content & social media plans that meet company objectives. Ability to execute content & social media campaigns that meet short & long-term KPIs. An in-depth understanding of consumer behaviour & the consumer journey. Demonstrate great organisational & time management skills. Have a strong eye for detail & an even stronger work ethic. Be able to work efficiently & effectively to deadlines, being proactive & solutions focused. Proven & demonstrable track record of delivering results. Ability to make content decisions strategically & analytically. Understanding of social media & its latest updates and trends. High attention to detail with aesthetic, grammar & tone of voice. Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing digital environment. Experience with Canva. Experience with Social media scheduling tools like Metricool.
