Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients to define project requirements and develop clear scopes of work Lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions Ensure all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness Provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Promote and contribute to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) What You Bring: A minimum of five years’ demonstrated experience in control systems engineering within water/wastewater, mining or heavy industrial environments Strong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly Proven experience with control systems, automation platforms, and industrial communication networks A current Australian driver’s licence Preferred Qualifications and Attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Demonstrated experience in programming and commissioning control systems Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills A proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement We offer a competitive salary and a clear pathway for career development, tailored to your experience and aspirations.
