We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Accounts Payable Clerk. This role plays a key part in ensuring our customers and suppliers receive exceptional service. You will be the first point of contact for our dealership while also supporting the finance department with accurate and timely accounts payable functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Greet & assist customers, visitors, and suppliers both in person and over the phone Direct enquiries to the appropriate department professionally and efficiently Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match purchase orders, delivery dockets, and invoices Reconcile creditor statements and resolve discrepancies Prepare payment runs and ensure supplier accounts are up to date Maintain accurate digital and physical records Manage incoming and outgoing mail Handle general administrative tasks to support dealership operations Assist with data entry and documentation within dealership management systems SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience in Reception or Accounts Payable role.
