Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role We are a busy skip bin and waste‑management business servicing the Cairns region. We are looking for a reliable Accounts Clerk to join our team and support both finance and day‑to‑day operations. Duties Process accounts payable and receivable Create invoices for skip bin hires, waste disposal and transport services Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts Verify job sheets, bin movements and yard/processing dockets Record and allocate daily financial transactions Assist with journal entries and month‑end reporting Maintain ledgers, filing systems and financial documentation Follow up overdue invoices Liaise with drivers, suppliers and customers Provide general admin support to the operations and office teams Skills & Experience Experience in accounts or finance administration Experience in transport, waste management, construction or similar industries is an advantage Proficiency with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks etc.) High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organisational skills Ability to prioritise in a busy environment About the Employer Lacco Enterprises Pty Ltd is a well‑established skip bin and waste‑management business operating across the Cairns region.
