With a modern production facility and a collaborative culture that values integrity and continuous improvement, they are seeking a dedicated & professional Financial Accountant to join their growing team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality health and wellness products that make a genuine difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions Ensure financial controls are followed and assist in the development of new controls Prepare and assist in monthly statements by collecting accurate data and information Prepare accurate post month end journals Complete daily bank reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner Ensure compliance with all state and federal tax requirements and advising management on required actions Calculate quarterly tax estimates and gather information needed for quarterly and annual tax submissions Respond to financial inquiries by analysing and interpreting data Deliver financial insights by analysing operational performance and developing actionable recommendations Stay up to date with current financial regulations and best practices Contribute to change initiatives and projects to support growth, efficiency, and digital transformation About You 3-5 years financial accounting experience from either commercial or professional services CA/CPA qualifications or working towards Ambitious and want growth in your career Analytical with negotiation skills and ability to develop strong working relationships Commercial awareness and acumen Attention to detail, reliable and professional Exposure to ERP systems and Intermediate to advanced Excel skills How to Apply Please apply by submitting your resume (in Word format) via the "Apply Now" tab to be considered for the role.
