Glen Smiles Dental Receptionist At GlenSmiles Dental, we are a family‑based practice that prioritises a welcoming experience for every patient. We are looking for a friendly, efficient receptionist who can manage appointments, payments and patient communication while supporting our growth into future practice‑manager roles. Responsibilities Understand how Dental 4 Windows operates. Answer calls and book patient appointments. Develop rapport with our clients and staff. Take payments and manage receipts. Clean and sterilise instruments between uses. Assist with managing patient care and records. Qualifications & Experience Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly regarded but not essential). Previous dental clinic experience (highly regarded but not essential). Previous customer service experience (highly regarded). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Time‑efficient and proactive with the aim of growth into a practice‑manager role. Benefits & Growth Friendly team environment and supportive culture.
