NSW TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service) TeamKids Summer Hill, South Australia, Australia Job Description This permanent, full‑time role offers flexibility to work from home during admin hours between service times. You'll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager to thrive in your role. Service Location: Summer Hill, 2130 Schedule: Split shifts, Monday‑Friday: 7:00 am – 9:00 am, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm plus 8 hours of admin. The Role As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you will lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program; plan engaging activities; supervise children; build strong relationships with the school and community; and manage service compliance and medical documentation. Responsibilities & Qualifications ✅ Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. ✅ Thrives in a fast‑paced environment yet keeps a childlike enthusiasm. ✅ Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. ✅ Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. ✅ Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. ✅ Energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to have fun.
