TeamKids - OSHC / Childcare - Coordinator (Director of Service) TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We excite, engage and entertain children before, after school and during holidays. Job Summary This permanent, full‑time role offers flexibility to work admin hours from home between service times. You will support a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive. Service Location Location: Croydon Park NSW 2133 Hours Split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00 – 9:00am, 2:00 – 6:00pm, plus 8 hours of admin. Role Overview As Director of Service (Coordinator) you lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program. You plan engaging activities, supervise children, build strong relationships with schools and community, and manage service compliance and medical documentation. Responsibilities Build relationships with schools and local community. Plan and deliver enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Ensure compliance of the service and maintain medical documentation. Foster genuine relationships with children and families. Qualifications Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Strong communication skills with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is an enthusiastic, energetic, fun‑loving individual. Experience with child care or education (preferred).
