TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia, engaging children before, after school and during holidays. Service Location: Beveridge VIC, 3753 Shift Hours: 7am-9am & 3pm-6pm (Split shifts Monday‑Friday). Total Hours: 25 per week. Role Overview As the Second in Charge (2IC), you’ll be a key leader in delivering high‑quality care and creating memorable experiences for the children in our service. Key Responsibilities Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies. Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the children’s preferences. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Support program compliance with industry regulations. Play and have FUN with primary‑aged children. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in Before/After School Care or education preferred; training available. Strong team player with excellent problem‑solving skills and a can‑do, positive attitude. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members and school principals. Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN. Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working toward it) per ACECQA standards. Perks & Development 10% extra wage via the ECEC Grant.
