We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays. Service Details Service Location: Ashburton VIC, 3147 Dedicated space, amazing service with dedicated permanent 2IC and consistent staff. Small service. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday. Before school care: 7am‑9am After school care: 2.30pm‑6pm Admin: 3 hours Total hours: 30.50 Role Overview As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you’ll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service. Responsibilities Build a fantastic relationship with your school and be an active member within the school and local community. Enjoy creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day. Foster genuine relationships with children and their families. Lead and roster a passionate team of educators. Manage service compliance and medical documentation. Qualifications Natural leader with a passion for teaching children. Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and still a big kid at heart. Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals. Strong problem‑solving skills and a can‑do attitude. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary‑aged children. Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN. Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
