The Role You’ll be involved in various aspects of the production process including: Surface preparation, masking, hanging, and powder coating of metal components General fabrication and assembly work across a range of metal products Operation of workshop machinery such as CNC press brake, guillotine, rollers, and welders Inspection of completed work to ensure top‑tier quality and finish standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with OHS requirements Collaborating with other tradespeople and team members to meet production targets What’s on Offer Rate based on experience + penalties , based on skills and experience Ongoing position with temp‑to‑perm potential Supportive team culture where good work ethic and reliability are recognised Immediate start available for the right candidate Monday to Friday roster with regular hours What We’re Looking For Proven experience in powder coating , metal fabrication , or CNC press operations Transferable trade skills such as welding , grinding , or general metalwork highly regarded Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work both independently and within a team Full working rights in Australia Apply Now Contact Amber on *** #J-18808-Ljbffr
