Overview From October 1st 2025, the Alto Group will officially acquire Southern Classic Cars, opening up new opportunities for the great people of the Illawarra. The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organisation with over 650 employees, serving the motoring needs of customers in NSW since 1956. We are currently recruiting for our Volkswagen, Skoda, Nissan & MG franchises in Wollongong. We are looking for the best New Car Sales Consultants to join our team and help us deliver the high level of service that our customers expect. All our brands are seeing plenty of activity with all new models here or about to launch, so now is the perfect time to join us as we grow. Responsibilities Ensuring high levels of customer service Achieving monthly unit targets Working within a close-knit team to achieve business goals Lead management and tracking in our advanced CRM system Managing and delivering strong results against KPI's Contributing to the daily operational needs of the retail showroom Working seamlessly with cross-functional departments Having the drive and will to achieve superior results Qualifications Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal Self-disciplined and process driven Energy and enthusiasm for people and the brand High level of computer competency A thorough understanding of \'the road to a sale\' Minimum of 2 years previous experience Remuneration and Benefits An excellent remuneration package consisting of a retainer, commission and car allowance is on offer for the right person.
