Base pay range A$65,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr Overview At Karmo, we make car ownership simple, flexible and stress‑free through our vehicle subscription service. We’re looking for a Customer Experience Consultant who’s passionate about helping customers find the right car and enjoy every step of their Karmo journey. What You’ll Be Doing Guide customers to the best vehicle subscription for their needs. Deliver outstanding service that drives loyalty and repeat business. Work collaboratively with the team to meet customer and business goals. Support customers throughout their lifecycle from onboarding to renewals and returns. Collaborate with operations, sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally. What You’ll Bring Automotive experience in a Dealership or Rental space desired but not essential. A current, valid Australian Driver’s Licence is a must. Passion for people and problem‑solving. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and drive to grow with an expanding business.
