As our Digital Content Producer, you’ll bring to life the stories, people and places that make our the inner west so special. Working with the Media and Communications team, you’ll create engaging, uplifting and inclusive content that celebrates our city’s strengths and helps residents feel informed, connected and proud of where they live. Key Responsibilities Create interesting, engaging and creative digital content that showcases our community and brings Council initiatives to life. Plan and produce high-quality content tailored to different platforms and audiences. Deliver standout visuals and video content that highlight local stories, events, services and achievements. Support the monitoring of Council's digital channels to help foster positive, two-way community engagement. Work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure our messaging is consistent, accurate and compelling. Contribute to a positive, innovative and inclusive team culture. About You You’re a natural storyteller who loves capturing what makes a place special. Creative, curious and collaborative, you bring fresh ideas and understand how to connect with audiences in fun, meaningful and accessible ways. You’re passionate about celebrating community and producing content that engages, inspires and informs. You will have the following: Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital content across multiple platforms. Strong video production and editing skills. Proficiency in creative software and digital content tools. Excellent written communication tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders. Understanding of digital engagement trends and audience behaviours. Commitment to inclusive, accessible and community-focused communication.
