Receiving & Dispatch Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands‑on Receiving & Dispatch Coordinator to join our Bassike team in Warriewood. If you enjoy keeping a warehouse running smoothly, staying organised, and taking ownership of your space — you’ll fit right in. This role sits at the heart of our day‑to‑day operations: receiving stock from our makers, keeping inventory accurate, and ensuring wholesale orders are processed and dispatched on time. It’s busy, but in a good way — the work matters, the team is supportive, and you’ll see the results of your effort every single day. What you’ll be doing Receiving and processing incoming stock from local makers Picking, packing, and dispatching wholesale orders with accuracy Maintaining stock integrity across all warehouse locations Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and ready for daily operations Supporting other warehouse functions during busy periods or when team members are away Communicating with Production, Sales, Retail and Buying teams to keep things moving smoothly What we’re looking for 1–2 years warehouse experience (fashion/apparel a bonus but not essential) Comfortable with moderate lifting and hands‑on tasks Someone who takes pride in accuracy and organisation Experience using a WMS (AP21, Cin7, Unleashed, etc.) — or a quick learner A team player who communicates well and steps in where needed Someone who likes improving processes and keeping things efficient What’s in it for you Join a small, friendly warehouse crew where everyone looks out for each other Work for an iconic Australian brand with strong values and a supportive culture Stable full‑time role with real responsibility Training in Bassike systems, processes, and operational best practice Plenty of variety — no two days look the same Growth opportunities as the warehouse and wholesale channel continue to scale Location Warriewood, Northern Beaches NSW — close to local cafés, good food spots for lunch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
