Spotlight Group is seeking a customer focused and motivated Dispatch and Receiving Coordinator to join our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring coordination and delivery of daily mail and office needs across the business and building. If you are safety-certified, highly organized and committed to operational excellence, secure your future with us Impact You Will Make (What You Will Be Doing) This critical role ensures the seamless flow of goods and information throughout our Head Office operations : Receiving Operations : Take ownership of all inbound receiving functions, safely and efficiently managing the unloading of pallets and processing mail and goods for timely collection and delivery to internal teams. Essential Logistics Management : Plan, prioritize, and execute all domestic and international mail and shipping, utilizing multiple logistics booking and ordering systems. Supplier & Courier Coordination : Manage and organize couriers for parcel transfers and actively review and meet with current mail suppliers to ensure the business always secures the best possible rates. Operational Support & Administration : Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, assisting with stationary / milk ordering, dispatch requests, general queries (phone / email), and providing administrative support for EFlow (SAP) / invoice processing. Safety & Compliance : Greet and assist inbound delivery drivers, manage waste services for the Support Office, and always maintain a safe and clean work environment. Process Improvement : Actively seek opportunities to add value to the business through innovation and improvement of existing dispatch and receiving processes. What You'll Bring to the Team We are looking for a reliable, process-driven professional ready to take ownership of this vital function : Mandatory Certification : Must be able to operate warehouse equipment, including Pallet Jacks and / or Electric Forklifts , and possess current certifications . Operational Excellence : Strong attention to detail, great time management, and a committed, results-driven work ethic. Communication & Service : Excellent communication skills and strong relationship management skills to effectively liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal Head Office teams. Technical & Admin Skills : Proficient administrative skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products and a willingness to quickly master new logistics and internal ordering systems. Physical Capability : Capable of repetitive / heavy lifting and bending to move boxes onto trolleys for delivery. Availability : Must be able to work the full-time hours of 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday . What's In It For You?
