What’s on Offer $85,000–$90,000 + Super (depending on experience) Hybrid work : 2 days Wyndham site, 2 days Southbank office, 1 day WFH Broad and varied finance role across property, agriculture and hospitality Direct exposure to senior leadership (Financial Controller and CFO) Supportive environment with genuine development opportunities Stable, growing business offering long-term career pathways About the Role Reporting to the Financial Controller (Agriculture Division) and working closely with the CFO, this is a hands‑on role suited to an experienced Assistant Accountant looking for variety, ownership and exposure across multiple entities. You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day accounting activities while assisting with month‑end reporting, reconciliations and compliance. Key Responsibilities : Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Process receipts, payments and bank reconciliations Prepare and lodge BAS statements Maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities Support the Financial Controller with month‑end reporting and journals Assist with cashflow and balance sheet reconciliations Contribute to process improvement and efficiency initiatives Provide general accounting support to operational teams across divisions About You You’re an experienced finance professional who enjoys hands‑on accounting and working across a variety of business activities. You take initiative, ask the right questions and add value beyond day‑to‑day processing. You’ll thrive in a supportive, fast‑paced environment and feel comfortable working across both office and site‑based settings. Must be able to commute regularly between Southbank and Wyndham 5–6 years’ experience in an Assistant Accountant or Finance Officer role Strong transactional accounting experience (AP, AR, BAS, reconciliations) Solid Excel and accounting system skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities High attention to detail with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset Adaptable and down‑to‑earth with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Comfortable working in a traditional or industrial‑style environment Open to candidates currently studying towards, or planning to commence, their CPA qualification How to Apply For a confidential discussion, click APPLY or contact Cameron Godwin at #J-18808-Ljbffr
