Wait Staff Casual @ Pittwater RSL – CATERING HQ Catering HQ is looking for a proactive Wait Staff to join our dedicated team at Pittwater RSL on a casual basis. We provide great opportunities and career progression. THE BRAND Catering HQ is a family‑run company established in 1996, with 13 venues across Sydney and the Central Coast. We pride ourselves on excellence and delivering high‑quality meals and exceptional customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Communicate with co‑workers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service. Assist in the opening and/or closing of the catering department as per the company checklist guidelines. Initiate dialogue and develop rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items. Understand and anticipate customer needs and aim to exceed these requirements. Provide exceptional quality, consistent coffee and beverages to our guests. Assist in reaching business goals and objectives set out by management. KEY QUALITIES Experience in a similar role is ideal. Strong customer service focus. Professional, upbeat and friendly personality. Exceptional attention to detail. Positive and flexible attitude. Highest level of presentation and grooming standards. Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn. Honest and results‑focused; able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action. Innovative – proven experience of implementing new ideas. Able to follow manual handling procedures correctly.
