Access a confidential counselling service dedicated to supporting you across all aspects of our life Wellness Platform: Explore our platform for regular updates on enhancing your wellbeing The Role Deliver high level of customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain a high level of image standards in store Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback Support the other store functions as required Create, propose and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends About You 1 or more years Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry OR a Visual Merchandising qualification Australian work rights are required for this position Appreciation for fashion & product Passionate about customer service Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends About Us We are Inditex One of the largest fashion distribution groups in the world, to which Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home belong.
