The Role As a Digital Producer , you'll manage the planning, coordination and delivery of digital content, products and customer-facing experiences across qantas.com. Working within a collaborative digital squad, you'll partner closely with teams across merchandising, marketing, sales, operations and digital to bring briefs to life—on time, on budget and with exceptional quality. You'll act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, advising stakeholders on how best to leverage digital platforms, content and capabilities to support customer needs, commercial goals and brand strategy. What You Bring 3+ years as a Digital Producer, Web Producer, Content Producer or Digital Marketer Experience delivering a variety of digital projects — content, campaigns or product enhancements Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with diverse stakeholders A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring alignment with tone, style and visual guidelines Ability to interpret analytics, competitive research and best practices to inform decisions Creative capability in writing, content planning and customer‑focused storytelling Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Experience with Adobe Experience Manager / Edge Delivery Services and Adobe Analytics highly desirable Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript for content implementation If you want to create digital experiences that reach millions and genuinely move the needle, this is your opportunity.
