Dynamics 365 Developers - Senior / Junior - Baseline Clearance Location Major capital cities across Australia (Sydney Canberra Melbourne Brisbane Adelaide) - Hybrid or On-site depending on client requirements Security Clearance Baseline clearance (required) or ability to obtain Baseline clearance under AGSVA process Australian Citizenship is mandatory Role Overview We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developers (Senior and Junior) to join our national consulting team supporting large-scale government and enterprise transformation programs. The role involves designing developing customising and integrating solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem working collaboratively with architects functional consultants and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design develop and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions including plug-ins workflows and Power Automate flows. Customise system entities forms dashboards and reports to meet business and functional requirements. Develop and integrate solutions using C# SQL and Azure Services. Work closely with Functional Consultants Architects and Testers to ensure solution quality and traceability. Participate in sprint planning code reviews and DevOps pipelines for continuous delivery. Ensure compliance with security privacy and accessibility standards in government environments. Provide documentation technical support and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Key Skills and Experience Senior Developer 7 years experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development. Advanced knowledge of C# .NET Power Apps (Component Framework PCF) Power Automate and Azure Integration (Logic Apps Functions APIM). Strong understanding of D365 architecture Dataverse and Solution Management. Experience with CI / CD and Azure DevOps pipelines. Proven ability to lead technical delivery mentor junior developers and engage with clients directly. Junior Developer 2-4 years experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customisation and configuration. Proficiency in C# JavaScript Power Apps and Power Automate. Understanding of Agile delivery practices and software development lifecycle. Strong learning mindset and ability to work collaboratively in multi-vendor environments. Desirable Skills Experience with Power Pages / Portals SharePoint Online and Azure Integration. Knowledge of WCAG and security frameworks in government ICT environments.
