This is more than just a development role; it's an opportunity to drive innovation, enhance supervisory capabilities, and contribute to APRA's core mission of ensuring financial system stability.Key responsibilities Contribute to Development Efforts - Apply your experience to build and enhance solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. Embrace Learning and Innovation - Demonstrate curiosity and a growth mindset as you explore and master Dynamics 365 XRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Azure technologies. Support Secure and Compliant Solutions - Develop a strong awareness of security standards, ensuring systems are robust, compliant, and trusted. Drive Testing and Automation Excellence - Implement efficient testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices to improve delivery speed and reliability. Monitor and Maintain System Health - Proactively monitor system performance and stability, ensuring business-critical supervisory systems remain responsive and resilient. About youWe're looking for candidates who bring a mix of technical skills, collaborative spirit, and a passion for learning. Ideally, you will have:Hands-on Development Experience - Exposure to one or more of the following: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Version Control Proficiency - Familiarity with Git-based source control systems and modern development workflows. Database Knowledge - A foundational understanding of relational databases and data structures. Strong Team Collaboration - Team-first mindset with the ability to work effectively across disciplines. Clear Communication Skills -Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Agile Delivery Experience - Experience working in Agile environments, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement. Relevant Qualifications -Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields (e.g., Bachelor of Science in Computing or Information Systems).
