Senior Manager, Philanthropy Gembridge Australia Lead strategic philanthropic partnerships that transform lives across Victoria. Hybrid role with locations East Melbourne, Dandenong or Geelong. Reporting to the Group Director, Philanthropy, Marketing & Communications, you will lead CatholicCare Victoria's major gifts, trusts and foundations, and bequest programs, growing philanthropic income and building lasting relationships that enable life‑changing impact. Responsibilities Build and steward long‑term relationships with confirmed and intending bequestors, including members of the Parker Moffit Society. Lead engagement initiatives that inspire generosity and strengthen supporter loyalty. Collaborate across teams to align fundraising efforts with organisational priorities and impact goals. Manage budgets, performance reporting, and compliance in line with best‑practice fundraising standards. About You Relationship‑driven fundraising professional with a passion for purpose and alignment to CatholicCare Victoria's values – Respectfulness, Inclusivity, Compassion, Integrity & Collaboration. Proven ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies, manage and strengthen existing relationships, and drive the acquisition of new donors. Demonstrated success in major gifts, bequests and / or trusts and foundations fundraising. Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including proposal writing. Strategic, organized, and collaborative working style.
