Formwork Carpenter – Industrial Concreting | Brisbane | Immediate Start Location: Brisbane, QLDEmployment Type: Full-time / OngoingCompany: Reputable Industrial Concreting Contractor About the Role We are seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter for a hybrid role that includes formwork duties as well as assisting with set-out and onsite concrete operations. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established industrial concreting company known for high-quality workmanship and a supportive crew. You’ll be working across a range of industrial and commercial concrete projects, contributing to formwork installation, stripping and structural preparation, as well as assisting with set-out and pour activities when required. Key Responsibilities Install and strip edge boards Formwork for Loading Docks, Columns, and Stairs Set out footings and key structural elements Use total station equipment (training provided if required) Assist during concrete pours as needed Read and interpret drawings where required Maintain safe work practices and adhere to site protocols Work collaboratively with a reliable and friendly crew What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter Strong understanding of industrial concreting environments Experience with set-out and/or total station use (or willingness to be trained) Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused Ability to work effectively within a team White Card (required) Driver's License and Reliable Transport Additional tickets are highly regarded What We Offer Immediate start Ongoing work with long-term pipeline Competitive rates A genuine hybrid role with skill development opportunities Great culture with a solid, supportive crew Work with a reputable and established company How to Apply If you’re ready to join a team that values quality work and great people, click Apply Now and submit your resume.
