About Us Reimagine Psychology was founded by two psychologists, Tristan and Austin, who both bring lived experience with ADHD. At Reimagine Psychology, neurodiversity is not just something we understand theoretically—it’s something we live and value. Our practice is designed to offer a space that truly embraces and supports individuals with ADHD and other neurodiverse experiences. Role Overview We are seeking a registered Psychologist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessment, intervention, and support to clients presenting with a range of mental health concerns. Our practice primarily supports a neurodiverse client base, often with co-occurring conditions. We are looking for a clinician who is motivated to develop their expertise in this area and committed to delivering evidence-based, affirming care to neurodiverse individuals. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide evidence-based individual therapy. Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals. Contribute to case discussions, team meetings, and clinical supervision. Stay up to date with current psychological research and best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Full Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed approaches). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development. Experience working with diverse client groups (adolescents, adults, or specific populations such as NDIS participants) is highly valued.
