Our team is dedicated to ensuring every patient has a positive experience, and we are now looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our Epping admin team. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Casual Receptionist to join our practice. This role focuses predominantly on front-desk duties welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling phone and email enquiries, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from check-in to check-out, while also assisting the clinical team with routine duties. Key Responsibilities Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently Handle patient enquiries and provide information about services Process billing and payments Key Qualifications Previous dental or medical reception experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for patient care Confidence with dental/medical software and general office equipment Why Join Us?
