About The Role We are expanding rapidly and looking for ambitious, motivated, and passionate Medical Sales Representatives. As a Medical Sales Representative at Subhag, you will play a key role in introducing our IUI Clinic Setup Program, Androwash device, and other fertility solutions to gynecologists, hospitals, and fertility centers. Key Responsibilities Lead Identification & Market Development Identify gynecologists, women’s hospitals, and fertility clinics. Conduct field visits, referrals, and outreach through WhatsApp and calls. Build a strong sales pipeline of clinics interested in IUI services. Product Pitching & Demonstration Pitch the automated IUI clinic setup and device benefits. Demonstrate how Androwash improves workflow efficiency and clinical accuracy. Educate doctors on IUI as a high-demand, low-investment service. Sales Closure & Coordination Schedule demos with Subhag’s central support team. Assist clinics through activation, installation, and onboarding. Support after-sales coordination and documentation. Reporting & CRM Management Maintain weekly sales updates and customer reports. Share feedback on market challenges and opportunities. Requirements 1–5 years of experience in medical device sales, pharma sales, or healthcare B2B. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel within your region to meet doctors. Strong networking skills with existing doctor contacts (preferred).
